THE BELOW TERMS APPLY TO ANYONE WHO MAY ATTEMPT TO SEND UNSOLICITED IDEAS OR CONCEPTS TO PAPER ROUTE PRODUCTIONS VIA ITS EMAIL ADDRESS:
1. Paper Route Productions, LLC (“PRP”) and its affiliated companies do not accept unsolicited ideas or concepts.
2. In the event you are interested in contacting “PRP” for the purpose of pursuing the development of an idea or concept with PRP, please be aware of the below:
A. These terms do not constitute a contract or agreement between you and PRP. PRP will only be bound to any project or deal by way of a written agreement signed by PRP.
B. Any concept or idea that you have may be similar to ideas and concepts already known to PRP. PRP’s willingness to review your idea or concept is not an admission of its novelty, priority, or originality. Any similarities between your ideas or concepts and those known to and/or being developed shall not give rise to any claims by you against PRP or its affiliated companies, including but not limited to claims for copyright, trademark and/or trade secret infringement or idea misappropriation. You understand and agree that PRP may use without any restrictions any ideas or concepts developed independently by PRP or submitted by unrelated third parties, prior to, during, or after receiving your Disclosure without any right of compensation or attribution to you.
C. In the event you submit an idea or concept to PRP, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and non-confidentially and PRP has no duty or obligation to you of confidentiality and/or non-disclosure unless otherwise agreed to in a writing signed by PRP.
D. In the event you submit an idea or concept to PRP, PRP has no obligation of any kind whatsoever to you with regard to you and your submissions, including but not limited to, attribution, any implied or express financial, fiduciary or other obligation, but for any obligations that might arise under the copyright, trademark or patent laws.
E. PRP will under no circumstances compensate or attribute anyone for mere suggestions as to how to improve its products or ideas.
F. In the event you submit an idea or concept to PRP, PRP will not compensate you in any fashion, except if PRP enters into a written agreement signed by PRP as a result of your submission.
